"I began training with Anthony Fong in 2007, initially with Anthony providing personal training for me.

It became apparent early on, that as well as being an excellent trainer, Anthony has a real strength in stretching and soft tissue release, and (from time to time) injury management.  When I began training for a Lake Taupo Cycle Challenge he assisted me with stretching (including using yoga) and soft tissue release to ensure that the body stayed in good working order, notwithstanding the rigours of training for a 160km ride.

I have continued working with Anthony after the ride, with stretching, yoga and soft tissue release ever since.  Anthony has  a great ability to diagnose niggles and issues from the moment a session starts and makes sure that you get the most benefit from a session.  A highlight is the relaxation at the end of every session which makes sure that you go back to the rest of your day in the best mental, as well as physical, shape possible.

I cannot recommend a regular weekly/ fortnightly session with Anthony highly enough.”
